<p><br/><br/>So, I &#39;VE is a mess of dealing with consumption on and off over the last year. I&#39;m 5 &#39;10 and I&#39; VE fell from 190 to 145 and wouldn &#39;t mind losing another 5 pounds, but overall pretty happy with my weight. My disorder consumption has been basically anywhere from 500-1.500 calories per day a few days in which to sit several times. Exercise about 3-4 days per week that burns about 300 calories per workout with weight-lifting cardiio y. Now, I would adopt a more healthy diet, but I would not do so after the purchase of any weight. Any advice on doing this would be great as I do that my recent diet has not been very healthy.  * Please no useless answers or comments.  Thanks!<br/></p>

<p><br/><br/>I have been a over drinking for around say 4 years may be more but not a full blown alcoholic in the physical sense.<br />
I had a discussion in with my wife about drinking sensibly and next week I am going without a drink to see how I really feel about drinking physically and phychologically.<br />
I do not want to stop drinking as in teetotal as that to me is extreme and I enjoy a beer and a wine and would not deny myself the pleasure. But I do not want to drink where it is unhealthy but have a healthy sustainable enjoyment that maybe be beneficial..<br />
I am 38, 6&#8242; 2&#8243; and weigh 220 lbs.<br />
Some advice would be nice that I could use and give me food for thought as I develop my practice and attitude to a more healthier way of life.</p>
