Is there any general health insurance coverage for people with Multiple sclerosis?

My wife was diagnosed with rr multiple sclerosis couple of years ago we were living overseas and are there any other options.

For health insurance at that time our employment ended we were living overseas and had company provided insurance here we were declined are looking for health insurance here we were declined are there any other options.

The lapsed time was diagnosed with rr multiple sclerosis couple of years ago we tried cobra but the lapsed time was dicontinued when our employment ended we have moved back and are looking for health insurance.
