what’s the best meal plan if im on a diet but i dont wanna starve my self?



I have a vacation week and now I am my first Day in school again. since i '? VE with last holiday I think I earn a little weight and my diet plan is? ruined because of our vacation. com me well? d breakfast this? ay a biscuit and juice of pi? a time for lunch at 4:30 was a little dizzy and a little dying of hunger qu? you think is the reason? n? ? qu? I eat and I?

    a biscuit and juice for lunch? no wonder you felt dizzy. you can be on a diet without starving yourself. just eat healthy by cutting down on sugar and fat.

    breakfast
    porridge with fruit
    brown bread with cooked/poached egg and low fat yoghurt

    lunch
    jacket potato with any low fat topping
    any kind of salad with low fat dressing (bit of dressing though)
    any veg

    snack
    a few nuts
    low fat yoghurt
    fruit

    dinner
    poultry or fish with any veg and pasta or rice(brown if possible) and not too much gravy or sauce

    these are just examples to give you some ideas
