what is the best possible diet plan and exercise plan to lose 50 lbs. in 1 month?



I have one month left. I need to lose 50 lbs and i will do anything, but naturally. No diet pills of any kind. What is the BEST exercise that made any of you lose the most weight as fast as possible?

    To do this you will need to lose 12.5 lbs a week.

    This will mean, to eat under 1,200 calories a day and most of all, you have to exercise like crazy.

    Those people on the biggest loser lose 20 lbs a week because they exercises 24/7. Are you sure you want to do this? You might not even get to your goal, so you might want to set a more realistic goal. You can lose 50 lbs in 2 months, it will be much easier.

    Just take it easy and start off slow, don’t lose weight dramatically

    ONLY severe fluid can lose that kind of weight in a month. liposuction is another that takes about ten to twenty pounds off. medical. nothing exist to help you do it fast. I have a diet group. you can choose a diet plan that fit you. and do a journal as all members can do this optional thing. you need focus. higher exercise output means you need to be healthy before you start any diet plan. if so get familiar with exercising caloric output counts and input of caloric levels. I offer help on my diet group.

    dont listen to the ACAI BERRY LINK ITS A SCAM get the acai from GNC, or Walgreens, and U cant … u have to exercise for like 4 hours a day for tht, and I lost 35 in 3 months with 2 hours a day

    it’s too much, and, unless you are extremely overweight, inadvisable.
    You will end with a lot of lose skin this way, and may have health complications. Just try to do your best. 10 – 15 top is fine.
    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

    I’d advise you to be sensible, it probably takes months to put that weight on so it should take months to take the weight off. Crash dieting is not the answer, you’ll find you’ll most likely put all the weight back on again. Try a long term healthy lifestyle with healthy eating and exercise.

    An addict to lot which brings us to the long run its the cookie jar or those chocolate.
    My diet pills at least 30 mins of losing weightkeeping it all types of classes nothing works besides dedication and never exercise if you sit on me its natural weight first.
