Hello, what is the best and healthiest way to lose weight without those crash diet programs?
Say for instance someone wants to lose weight in the stomach (what they call pop bellies, etc.), abdominal area (the gut) or hips and legs areas without any type of crash diet programs that are not successful anyway. Is exercise and proper eating the best way? Help, give me advice! I need to know from peoples experience.

Well, my boyfriend just had lapband surgery but, that is pretty extreme. I find that, cutting back on sugar drinks, walking, sit ups & riding my exercise bike works best for me. I can see the results. I weighed 62kg. Mostly in the gut & top of my legs. I walked, cut back on Pepesi & rode my exercise bike & in just a month, i am 56kg. Good luck.

Cardio 3-5 days a week
Strength training 2-3 days a week
Eat a balance diet….6 small meals instead of 3 larger ones. It keeps your metabolism up and pumping.
3500 calories in 1 pound…it’s healthy to burn an extra 500 calories per day to loose about 1 pound a week. Experts tell you not loose more than 2.5 pounds in a week.
If you targeting one particular area then you need to do an over-all workout like running, jogging, power walking. That’ll slim your body down then include strength training such as squats, lunges, crunches, and leg curls to just name a few.

Count your calories, both intake and output. Do not go to low, you will put yourself into starvation mode. If you keep track of your calories you should be able to judge what is right for you. (As a woman I need to eat more that 1250/day but less than 1800 to loose) I keep a chart and add up the calories I ate and deduct the calories I use. As long as you use more than you eat you will loose weight. As far as fat content, I eat less fat this way because I think about whether or not what I am about to eat will be filling for its calorie count. High fat foods are high calories foods. I make budget calls. I can have what I want but I may have to eat less .

Easy [passive] tips:
Skip sugary foods….the fat around belly is all because of sugar thats wut sugar does……
Stand up when ur on da phone [u'll burn more calorie than u think]
Normal [Active] tips:
walk 30 min a day
do set-ups 3 times a week [dont over do it...if u do, u'll be more likely to quit]
go outside with ur friends and have fun!!!! more often
