You can choose any reasonable diet, and eat whatever it tells you. Just substitute meat for tofu, eggs, leafy greens (like spinach), tuna and legumes which are all sources of protein which will help keep you full, and trim (provided theyr’e prepared healthily.
The key is not to make too many limits on yourself, and keep things simple so u stick with it! Good luck gurl

Make sure you are eating fresh locally grown or organic veggies, They are better for you.
Many veggies often containing growth hormones, preservatives, additives and seasons like MSG (see why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension) may lead to weight gain, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases.
Here are a few suggestions to becoming lean and fit:
Substitute your sugar drinks such as sodas and juices for water, organic decaf green or ginger tea. Drink 30 minutes before or after each meal (see ).
When eating, help the digestive process. Take your time and chew your food 3 to 4 times longer than usually take ( break it down to almost a liquid). This will aid in the digestive process. Add fiber and substitute some daily choices like (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats) with organic selection. The organic foods do not contain the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Remove or reduce wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed food (junk foods, can foods, food in boxes, restaurants foods, fast foods, etc.).
Enjoy your life, exercise when ever you get the opportunity, go for a walk, jog, swim, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you.
These changes should help you reach your goal today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life.

start the Niqqie diet. you don’t need it in print to do it. eat what you like when you like. 4 snack size meals a day
breakfast – cereal with fruit
mid am – celery w/ hummus or pnut butter
lunch time – grilled portebello sandwhich
mid afternoon- pear, cheese & wheat thins
dinner – what your family would normally eat still keeping healthy
eat every 3 hours or so.
exercise any time you can and add sports into life.
stairs instead of elevator.
park farther away then walk.
start playing in a league if you play tennis or whatever sport you know how to do.
my motto “eat less. move more.”
