Does anyone know a good diet plan to go on? I was thinking about the South Beach Diet program?



I thought in the agenda of the South Beach diet … but I don 't know if my mom lets me pay for it all. But on the other hand there is the other question is one of the best diet plan?

    yes I have tried everything out there and have found one pill you take once a day that is unbelievable. It is Solo Slim I have lost 30 pounds and have kept it off. I usually yo-yo with any other diet. I believe in it so much I have started stocking it. good luck in you research.

    Yes….i use five factor fitness. Its a very simple and easy to stick to plan. The workouts are about 30 mintues and very easy and there is a variety of foods for you too eat. Also this diet includes a cheat day which makes it soooo much more easy to stick to the plan.
