Can someone help me put together a workout routine/diet plan?



I want to see at least two inches, and keep it off. So I was wondering if someone could help me to do a weekly routine of training, something that changes daily and a diet plan? I squeeze my legs, arms, and tummy too. Also, I can not do sit ups, or cracks due to surgery from several years ago. Thanks!

    The best diet is excercise on regular basis use strip that fat program to follow them and not go.
    The lemonade diet isnt way of eating the lemonade diet at all its way of your life and keep.
